About Coach Robert
I've been powerlifting and coaching for over 12 years. To date, my best lifts are a 573 pound squat, 405 pound bench press and 645 pound deadlift. Getting stronger myself and helping others do the same are my twin passions. I specialize in barbell-based strength training. I don't turn all my clients into powerlifters or bodybuilders (unless they want me to), but the coaching I do involves helping people perfect their lifting technique, dial in their nutrition, and ultimately transform their bodies and minds.
